Ramone’s Bakery is looking for the right person to perform regular cleaning and preventative maintenance on production- and refrigeration equipment at 7 locations, as well as identifying and diagnosing problems. Depending on your experience, this could be an entry level part time position or a more involved job with higher level responsibilities and more hours. The basics: - Follow maintenance schedule/instructions - Perform minor repairs on plumbing and electrical (leaks, drains, toilets, fuses, programming timers...) - Identify/diagnose problems and report needed repairs to manager - General: lock replacement, painting, power washing, misc. installations, some grounds keeping and cleaning... - Aprox. 15-30 hours per week (evening and weekend hours should be expected - but must be ready and willing to be called in if need arises) Qualifications: - Comfortable using standard hand and power tools - Light repair experience (plumbing, electrical, drywall, appliances..) - Experience using a multi meter - Follow safe work practices - Ability to keep work environment clean and organized - Must have valid driver license and reliable transportation - Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds The right person: - Strong problem solving skills - Mechanical skills - Work well with other - Respectful to co-workers and customers - Be clean and presentable - Dependable and have a desire to learn - Experience a plus - Flexible work hours If this sound like something for you, please email us your RESUME and PHONE NUMBER
