Press release from the El Paso Community College: August 09, 2021 EPCC has an important update for students enrolled in the fall semester. Students may continue to register for classes until August 28th. The payment deadline for fall has been extended further. You may still apply for Emergency Loans, Installment Plans, and the American Rescue Plan Act funding. Students may begin classes this week, but please pay your tuition as soon as possible. For your convenience, make your payments securely online from 12:01 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. 7 days week through your EPCC account. Cashiers are also available at all campuses during business hours. ARPA Emergency Aid Grant The American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds are Federal grants that can be used to cover tuition or other expenses, so you can focus on your education and meet your academic goals. Students will not be required to repay these funds. You can receive up to $1,000 per semester if you qualify. Click here for more information and to apply. Installment Payment Plan The College offers the Installment Payment Plan with an initial payment of 40% or 50%. The remainder is due in two equal installments. Installment Payment Plan Instructions Visit Online Payment Click on Student and Staff Enter your EPCC ID number and password Click Payment Plans Enroll in a Payment Plan Print out your contract, it will have your payment dates on it. No reminders will be sent by EPCC. Emergency Loans: El Paso Community College also offers Emergency Loans to assist with tuition and fees. The Emergency Loans are short term interest-free loans repaid within the same semester provided existing students meet the minimum eligibility criteria.
