WEST ESPLANADE AVENUE
Eastbound at Harvard Ave.
JEFFERSON, LA - Starting Friday, August 20, 2021 at 7:00 p.m., both eastbound lanes of W. Esplanade Ave. at Harvard Ave. will be closed on a continuous basis. Motorists can detour by turning right onto Transcontinental Dr., then left on Veterans Blvd., then left on Clearview Pkwy. and then turn right onto W. Esplanade Ave.
The closure is necessary to install a 54-inch and a 42-inch drainage outfalls and a sewer conflict box as part of a $3.28 million-dollar project. Work is scheduled to be complete by Monday, August 23, 2021 at 6:00 a.m., weather permitting.
