Real Estate Equities Development, a Minnesota based development company, is accepting resumes for a part-time Maintenance Technician at our beautiful new property in Longmont, CO. Village Cooperative is a dynamic independent senior community with 52 units. We provide a maintenance-free living for our 62+ cooperative members. Our Maintenance Technician provides prompt and courteous service to our members. Our Maintenance Technician will maintain our trash services and perform general maintenance and light repairs including painting, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry. The right candidate is someone who is compassionate, energetic, and skilled in property maintenance. Experience preferred.
