Requirements: -Experienced with landscaping, prep and laying grass sods -Have appropriate tools and vehicle for this type of work. -Materials needed we'll pay directly to Home Depot or supply store, you pickup sods and maybe 1-2 treated lumber piece. -Prep the space (put side debris, even out soil as able) then lay the sods. -Straighten out existing chain link fence as best as able Work is outdoors and flexible, 2 guys should be able to knock it out in a day or less. The space of missing grass is probably ~12-15ft wide and runs ~60ft long; grounds was dug up and during sewer pipe install. Location is Brooklyn Park 21225, 3 miles north of BWI. Quote for labor cost, can pay half when starts and half on completion. Property management company, have ongoing landscaping and mowing work as well.
