Two projects.
1) A bathroom remodel that adds space to an existing bathroom by removing an existing wall and extending the bathroom into an adjacent room.
Tasks:
-install wall/ceiling framing as required
-install shower base
-tile shower with 32x32 large format tile
-modify some existing plumbing
-add new plumbing for shower
-move toilet and install new plumbing
-add venting to plumbing system as needed
-reinstall old vanity and install a new vanity
-install two medicine cabinets, one for each vanity
-install new ceiling lighting and lighting over medicine cabinets
-install exhaust fans
-electrical work as needed
-drywalling
-lay new subfloor, hardie board and tile floor with 6x12 tile
-Add laundry where old shower was
All demo has been completed and most of supplies have been purchased.
2) Drywall ceilings of two rooms below bathroom after bathroom is complete.
Must have own transportation. Tools, equipment provided as necessary. We own a tile saw capable of cutting 32x32 tile. All supplies provided. At least some experience in all areas a requirement.
