Job Description Completing a full turnover of the unit, we have multiple units at two different locations. Responsibilities: - Clean, stock and supply designated home areas (cleaning comforters and linens, making beds, full sanitization of the home, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, kitchen cleaning, emptying refrigerator, taking out trash etc.) - Deep cleaning (baseboards, windows, ceiling fans, entree way, etc.) once every 3 months - Perform routine inspections of home/document and inform owner of findings - Carry out heavy cleansing tasks - Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs (removed smoke alarm, chipped paint, etc.) - Stock and maintain rooms (ensure toilet paper and paper towels are on holders, etc./inform management when supplies are low) - Follow all health and safety regulations Pay is dependent on the size of the unit cleaned as they vary. Must be able to pass a background check Schedule Must be available Sunday – Saturday (11AM-3PM, 7 days/week) Scheduling is dependent on guests' check-out date and time
