Assistant Water Well Driller / Pump Installer

Job Functions Include: • Assisting Driller to install water wells by mud rotary methods. • Assisting Pump Installer installing and repairing existing water well systems and completing repairs in a timely and efficient matter, includes repairing electrical panels, pressure tanks, submersible pumps and motors. • Must be able to easily operate all hand held tools (shovels, pipe wrenches, cordless tools). • Performs general shop duties including cleaning, organizing, ordering material. • Performs daily, weekly, monthly maintenance on all equipment. • Will be on a rotation for on-call duty during the weekends when experience, knowledge, and aptitude benchmarks are met. Job Requirements: • High School diploma or GED equivalent • Clean driving record, valid driving license, Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred • Basic experience Electrical, Plumbing, Welding, and equipment repairs • Experience operating a Backhoe, Skidsteer, Ditcher, and other heavy equipment • Must be able to pick up 50 pounds • Must be able to pass drug test and background check About Currie Drilling Co., Inc.: We have specialized in agricultural, municipal, and residential drilling pump installation, well maintenance, and groundwater systems.
