Hi there, I found what looks like an orange-spotted female Blue Heeler Mix dog in West Tulsa yesterday while on a run. I was in the Irving area, in West Tulsa, West of 244. She had no collar. I've put one on her temporarily. She followed me home and I'm trying to find her owner.
