HOUSE CLEANERS WANTED! THIS POSITION IS FOR: Residential cleaning, VRBO/AirBnB Cleaning, Construction Clean Up, Commercial Cleaning, and more. We will TRAIN. No experience necessary...Just need to be motivated to earn money and work! If you are trustworthy, Self Motivated, Detail Oriented, and have a vehicle with 4 WHEEL DRIVE. We want to talk to you today!!! We are a locally owned native cleaning company located Park County, CO. Work Locations: Hoosier Pass, Alma, Fairplay, Como, Jefferson, Hartsel Part-time and Full Time hours available Day, Night, and Weekend Hours Available! Requirements: - Driver's License - Active Insurance - Reliable Vehicle - Smart Phone with GPS - Good Communication Skills - Hard Working and Reliable - Great Attention to Detail - Problem Solving Skills In order to qualify for this position, you must : *Be in very good physical condition - house cleaning is hard work! Be prepared to get a work out every day. *Be reliable and punctual *Be able to work in a team and independently *Have an eye for detail *Reliable Transportation (4 Wheel Drive) *Be able to provide professional and personal references WE OFFER : *Paid training *Opportunity to earn tips and bonuses *Pay DOE and Quality of work Responsibilities Include: - Cleaning/Staging - Completing Property Walkthroughs to Ensure Units are Guest Ready - New Property Set-Ups, Deep Cleaning, Photography Staging - Some onsite laundry All turnovers take place between the hours of 10am - 3pm. Additional hours are also available. Must have a valid Driver's License, Insurance, and Smart Phone with GPS. Our properties are scattered throughout the South Park Area, Travel is required daily. Things to Know: - We will ask for days of availability, then we will let you know of your schedule a day or two prior to scheduled cleanings. Booking can happen overnight, so cleaning might be added to or removed from each schedule last minute. - We supply all necessary cleaning products, vacuums, mops, etc!
