Looking for someone who is available ASAP who can clean and fix up deck on 3rd floor of triplex in New Auburn. Must supply your own equipment and tools for the job. I will supply all materials. Deck Work Includes the Following: Pressure Wash Deck Surface, Vinyl Siding, Window, Ceiling and Trim Snap Chalk Line and Cut Deck Floor Board Ends to Even Length Sand and Stain Deck Surface Install Premade Metal Covers on Support Posts Trim Out Support Posts - Top With PVC and Bottom With Pressure Treated Wood Install PVC and Pressure Treated Wood Trim in Other Areas Paint New Trim Remove Old Wooden Railings Install New Vinyl Railings Other work will also be coming available after this project is done.
