We are looking to hire a screen printer with an eye for detail to assist with our screen printing process. As a screen printer, you will be responsible for cleaning screens, garbage, running an M&R Presses are helpful. You will be required to fold the final printed articles and organize before they are packaged and sent to the customer.
To ensure success as a screen printer, you should exhibit be able to stand for long hours, be comfortable with manual labor, and having an excellent sense of humor is a plus. We are a family here and spend a lot of time together eating and enjoying the day.
Screen Printer Responsibilities:
* Receiving work order jobs for Screen Printing
* Selecting screen size, degreasing agents, and emulsion coatings.
* Ideal if could assist in installing and repositioning screen printing plates and pressure roles.
* Calibrating printer before batch is printed.
* Running prints and performing quality checks throughout the printing process.
* Troubleshooting problems as they arise.
* Folding, and packing completed articles after the run.
Screen Printer Requirements:
* High school diploma.
* Previous work experience as a screen printer is preferred, but not necessary.
* Excellent hand-eye coordination.
* Ability to stand for long periods.
* Ability to work with ink and chemicals every day.
* Ability to manually operate large machinery.
* Ability to work alone for long shifts.
* Ability to work nights if required-seldom, but can happen.
