San Diego local flooring company seeking helper/installer with the desire to learn/perfect a new trade. Long time experience not required, but some flooring/construction/carpentry experience a plus. Our company specializes in custom hardwood flooring but is trusted to install most types of flooring outside of carpet and tile. We focus on quality over quantity. Some job responsibilities would include (but are not limited to): Wood, LVT, laminate installation & repairs, sanding and finishing, color matching, installation and custom fabrication of stair treads and risers, subfloor concrete leveling, baseboard removal and installation, etc. for high end residential and commercial floor projects. Must have reliable transportation. Job sites generally in central SD (PB, OB, La Jolla) but as far north as Del Mar/Encinitas areas.
