Established and experienced Journey Tribute is now seeking Drummer to fill the role of Steve Smith. We want a Drummer with extensive live stage experience who understands the 70s-80s arena rock era. We want a professional who has no problem with duplicating already established drum parts. Fans are used to the drum parts as part of the overall sound and recognize when they are right (or wrong). We do prefer at least a 5 or 6 piece kit as Steve Smith's drum fills often require multiple tom tones. If you play double pedal, great! Dedication and time commitment will definitely be something you must have. Although we prefer an older (40+) Drummer, we challenge anyone younger who may have the appreciation for the genre. Keep in mind, this is a "tribute" band so you will be required to fit into the role attire and performance wise. No drug or alcohol issues.
