NO water is available in the location Cleaning instructions 1.Outside must be cleaned 2. Inside WALLS, surfaces must be cleaned (hand washed with chemical and very little water) Trisodium Phosphate, degreaser 3. Floor must be scrubbed, if there's deoxidation/rust, Aluminum Deoxidizer and polish with cal custom polish 4.high heat spray paint (Grates spray painted black) 5. flat top grill (griddle) -use chemicals, High temp cleaner, oil the equipment after cleaning to avoid rusting. 6. Oil the griddle 7.Ovens must be cleaned with oven cleaner 8. Oven and Refrigerator Racks Cleaned 9. Refrigerator Cleaned, put a baking soda inside when clean and dry, outside polish with Weiman 10. Clean and remove oils in baffle filters and polish with Weiman polish 12. Waste Drains Emptied 13.
