This role encompasses every aspect of logistical support for Wolff Mechanical. Wolff Mechanical is an HVAC Residential and Commercial HVAC service and install contractor. This role is internal in coordinating and communicating material purchases for every department. Key Requirements: Strong written and verbal communication skills Exhibit a strong sense of urgency Highly organized Ability to lift 50 lbs Daily safety practices Inventory control, organization and distribution Coordinate deliveries and loading/unloading from vendors Microsoft Office experience Work closely with field supervisors to ensure order timeliness and process Excellent benefits package
