Maintenance Supervisors are responsible for directing maintenance personnel in the performance of all phases of maintenance and product preparation for the apartment community. Maintenance Supervisors oversee vendor coordination, move-in/move-out inspections, and maintains purchase orders & budgets. Other duties may include resident repair requests, upkeep of property amenities, and interior/exterior repairs such as painting, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs. The Maintenance Supervisor maintains high-quality safety and operational standards and provides excellent customer service to residents. Must have valid Driver's License, and available to work on weekends and on-call.
