We are seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. 4-day work week Tuesday- Friday, 9 hours/day plus attendance incentive pay. With perfect attendance and punctuality for each 2 weeks' pay period, you will receive 8 additional hours of non-work earnings. Pay starts at $21/hour and higher with verifiable experience. Must pass pre-employment drug test, vaccinated for Covid-19 and have a clean valid PA driver's license. Must have the following qualifications: - experience working in the landscape maintenance field for a minimum of 5 years - ability to manage multiple crews performing landscape maintenance operations - aptitude to coordinate and schedule resources such as labor, equipment, and materials - ability to ensure the completion of work within budget, safety guidelines and quality standards - capable of mentoring and training field staff and assist them in carrying out their duties - interpersonal skill to serve as the primary interface between the customer and the crew - DOT medical certification Apply at or call 412-421-6323
