Property management company is looking to add experienced handyman to take care of repairs and maintenance at our properties. **$17-22/hr; depending on experience! Experience needed: • Light plumbing • Light electrical • Patching & painting • Removing flooring; installing flooring • Installing fixtures • Repairs Job Duties include, but are not limited to: • Daily repair and upkeep of the properties. • Preparation of vacant units for occupancy. • Care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment. • Cleaning work area, tools and equipment. • Courteous, efficient response to management at all times. • Timely response to service requests, make-readies, etc. MUST have a valid driver's license and a vehicle to use for work!
