JAE Management is a growing fully licensed Cannabis cultivation facility. We are currently looking to expand our cultivation team with individuals who are reliable, hardworking, fast-learning and are looking for a company to grow with. Responsibilities: - Must have the ability to hand trim 1.5 – 2lbs. of finished flower per day - Or Meet daily quotas - Or Maintain a steady production pace - Maintain a clean and organized workstation - Able to follow detailed instruction - Maintain reliable and consistent attendance - Ensures the stability and reputation of the cultivation facility by complying with legal requirements - And/Or Follow/comply with company standards - Perform other tasks as required Qualifications: - Must be 21+ years old - Able to work in the US - Must have a valid California ID - Able to work efficiently for hours at a time - Commitment to quality - Works well with others - Willingness to learn and improve - Must have reliable transportation Experience: Previous cannabis trim work experience is preferred but not required Work Environment: This job requires sitting and focusing on task for long periods of time. You may be required to wear gloves, scrubs, hair net/band and booties at all times. There may be no food, exposed beverages, alcohol, or smoking allowed in the trim and harvesting areas.
