Mobile technicians are wanted for Speedy Industries, an equipment repair company that sells and services all types of commercial floor cleaning equipment. YOU DO NOT NEED EXPERIENCE REPAIRING THIS TYPE OF EQUIPMENT. We are looking for good mechanically inclined technicians that we can train to repair this type of equipment. Our customers include all major hospitals, grocery stores, schools, casinos, chain stores and many others. This equipment includes commercial vacuums, floor scrubbers, sweepers, buffers and gas pressure washers, etc. We are the largest service company in our industry for Northern California and we are looking for FULL TIME technicians to join our team and grow with our company. Most of our technicians come from the auto and small engine repair fields. We will provide all necessary training for our industry. Applicants must have and be familiar with using basic hand tools. They need to have some experience with troubleshooting and repairing items like equipment, small engines and etc. Since most of the equipment repairs are done at customers' locations, all applicants must have a good DMV record. We look forward to talking with you about a career with our team. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Must enjoy troubleshooting and fixing equipment. Must be familiar with using basic hand tools. Must be mechanically inclined. Must have some basic hand tools. Must be at least 18 years old. Must pass pre-employment drug test/background check. Must have no DUI on driver's record. Must have a good DMV record so employee can be covered by company's auto insurance carrier. Must provide a DMV printout. Must have physical ability to lift/carry/pull/push 50+ lbs. Be available to work (Mon. -Fri. 9:00AM-5:30PM) Be available for overtime Must be detail oriented, self-motivated, dependable, and punctual.
