I have tried to hide that I have missed you every day for the last two months. My birthday is coming soon. I went to the park yesterday where we had our 3rd date so I could feel the memory of the time you really wanted to be with me. I will never forget the feeling of safety of being in your arms, while at the same time I was so scared of screwing things up. I listen to "What ifs..." by Kane Brown, knowing you sent that song to me giving me the feeling that you wouldn't have left me, but you have. I wish I knew what I did wrong and I am sorry for it. For 10 years I believed you were my person and I had to get to a place worthy of you. No one has and no one will compare to you. I know I could never help you to see you as I do. I am hoping it is just timing and we took the cake out of the oven before it was ready. I knew you weren't on the most emotional stable grounds when we started. If I am lucky our paths will cross again in the near future. I still have the tickets for the concert in October. I hope the universe & God sends you back to me soon. Here is hoping for a miracle.
