Pacific Veterinary Clinic is looking for Kennel assistants to join our amazing, family oriented team. Full or part time options considered. Veterinary experience is a plus! But, we are willing to train the right, hard working candidate! Job requires rotating Weekend and holiday shifts. Some Requirements for this job: - Honesty, integrity, humility, reliability, along with a positive, mature compassionate attitude are ESSENTIAL! - Greeting clients with a positive attitude - Able to walk, stand, bend and lift throughout your shift. - Walk, feed and clean up after boarding pets and hospitalized patients. - Handling a fast paced environment with the ability to triage tasks/multitask. - Not be fazed by unpleasant odors or unpleasant sights. - Able to use numerous cleaning supplies. -Ability to stay positive and friendly in high stress situations.
