Employees work locally with a consistent 40 hour week, no weekends, and usually full year employment. We care about our employees, multiple men have been with the company for over 9 years. $14.50 per hour starting wage, increased pay DOE Holiday pay (minimum 7 days a year) included Vacation accrual after 30 days employment Clothing allowance 401K and Healthcare Reimbursement after 6 months employment Profit sharing begins after 12 months of employment Must be able to pass a drug test.
