Job Description • Troubleshoot and repair a variety of maintenance issues • Complete work orders in a prompt and efficient manner • Responsible for turning vacant units • Keep shop organized • Other duties assigned by management Skills • Desired skills include: Carpentry, Painting, Tile Work, Drywall, Plumbing • Can work individually & within team environments • Ability to meet deadlines • Must be flexible, can adapt to change and work in a fast paced environment Requirements • High school diploma or GED equivalent • A valid driver's license • Ability to take emergency calls or work after office hours as needed • Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening Benefits • Health & Dental Insurance • 2 weeks paid vacation • Sick time • Company paid life insurance • Company paid short & long term disability insurance Compensation We offer competitive pay based on experience!
