Fell off the boat on the Missouri River North of Blair. Extra large yellow EZY Dog Life vest. We searched for it but likely someone picked it up because it is high-vis. Specialty item so hoping we can get it back. Our German Shephard is very very sad because she is scared to swim in the river without it.
