Dean’s Dip -Bluegrass & Chili Festival Drive time included each day. Encore Nationwide seeking a Field Manager and BAs to work a fun promotion in OK. Dean’s Dairy Dips will be sampling a variety of delicious dips at the 41st Annual Bluegrass & Chili Festival in Historic Downtown Wagoner, Oklahoma! STAFFING CRITERIA: 1 Field Manager • Must have a valid Food Handler Certificate • Must have a clean driving record and able to drive a 12’-24’ refrigerated truck • Willing and able to complete set up and breakdown tasks – must be able to lift/carry 50 pounds Brand Ambassadors • Must have valid Food Handler Certificate • Willing and able to assist with set up and breakdown tasks STAFF RESPONSIBILITIES: Field Manager Pre-event: (Paid time) • Pick up refrigerated truck at rental location on Sept 9 • Purchase event supplies (ice, tools, first aid kit, cleaning supplies, coolers, gloves, trash cans, etc.) • Participate in a paid phone training call with a client Account Manager Event Days: • Point-of-contact for staff • Drive refrigerated truck to activations • Lead set up and breakdown of 10x10 sampling area (tent, table, coolers, etc.) • Coordinate product/ event kit pickup with on-site event coordinator • Training, manage, and coordinate breaks for a team of 2 Brand Ambassadors • Facilitate breaks and time sheets Post-event: (Paid time) • Submit event pictures and event recaps to Encore within 24 hours of the event completion • Return the refrigerated truck at return location on Sept 12 • Coordinate return shipment of event kit and product BAs Pre-event: • Review of one pager + onsite training Event Days: • Sample product and share brand messaging • Assist with set up and breakdown of 10x10 sampling area (table, coolers, etc) ATTIRE: Please wear non-athletic shorts and clean, comfortable sneakers. A Dean’s branded t-shirt will be provided. EVENT DATES/TIMES/LOCATION: 41st Annual Bluegrass & Chili Festival 105 S.
