Bassist Wanted for Progressive Metal Band: We’re most interested in a bassist who enjoys technical music, is available to rehearse for 2 hours each weekend, and can actively contribute to our writing/demoing cycle. Vocals are a plus, but aren’t required. We’re currently a 3-piece: guitar, keys, and drums. Though we enjoy playing covers (e.g. Dream Theater and Metallica), our main focus is on writing and recording original music. We usually use rehearsal time to workshop our originals and jam a few covers when time allows. As we accumulate material, we hope to start gigging in the local NJ/NY area. We rehearse at Woodrock Studios in Raritan, NJ - please reach out if you’d like to join us and get a feel for the project. Otherwise, I'm happy to answer any questions you may have!
