Scuba help needed to find lost phone

My iPhone fell off the dock into the backyard pond. One of the man-made landscaped ones. It is in a waterproof case. We can’t find it. We don’t have the gear to look for more than 10 seconds at a time. Need someone who can scuba in and comb the bottom. Will pay handsomely to retrieve it! Please!
