Position to start immediately. Part time to Full time depends on experience Do you enjoy working and being outdoors? Well, why not get paid to be outside. Fenix Lawn & Tree is an Edmond based fertilizer, weed, insect and disease chemical application company. We also do aerating, seeding and some pruning. *We are looking for a career minded, goal oriented, punctual, detailed, fast paced, customer service focused person. *Must fluently speak and understand English. *Position requires working outdoors in the heat, cold, wind, etc. *Experienced preferred, but willing to train the right person to be able to attain an Okla. Chemical Applicator's License and International Society of Arboriculture Certified Arborist *High School Degree required. College degree preferred. *We are non smoking, non vaping, non e-cigarettes, also prefer non-chewing / dipping tobacco. *Must be self-motivated. *Must have a valid Okla. Drivers License. *Must provide MVR and have a clean driving record. *Must be in good physical condition. *Must be able a pass a pre-employment background and drug screening. Learn the proper application of chemical products and customer service skills to manage a turf & tree customer territory. Pay - Minimum base of $12 per hour or more depending on experience, work completion bonuses, commissions on some sales & leads. Willing to train the right person. The right person could earn upwards of $45,000 per year. Full-time managers may earn the privilege to drive a company vehicle to and from home and a company phone. Full-time is eligible for medical insurance, Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay after 6 months. We provide recurring training, shirts and hats and other necessary Personal Protective Equipment. Full-time Pay is salary Bi-weekly. Part-time pay is bi-weekly. Avg part-time week is 26 hours. Avg. Full-time Week is 45 hours, so Overtime paid as well. Submit resume to be considered. Thank you,
