Need horns for Christmas carols

Hoping to assemble a traditional Salvation Army type brass band. Pre-Covid I’d played Christmas carols on a euphonium next to New London Salvation Army bell ringers at various locations. I usually played for hour or 2-3 times a week after work or on weekends weather permitting at various locations in the Mystic area between Thanksgiving and Christmas. It’s a lot of fun and I want to include other players this season Never started a brass band before (but I am an actively gigging bassist so have experience with playing in a variety of ensembles and have rehearsal space if needed). Will stick to simple Christmas carols to begin with and see where it goes.
