Seeking a FT Maintenance Technician for Creekstone Apartments, a 200-unit property in Greeley, CO. Would prefer Apartment Maintenance Experience. WAGE PACKAGE: $17 to $20 per hour, plus Paid Vacations, Healthcare Benefits, Bonuses, 15% to 50% Apartment Rent Discount, and Utility Allowance. GENERAL PURPOSE OF POSITION: Under the direction of the on-site Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor, perform work necessary to maintain the property in an orderly, clean, and safe condition. Duties include but are not limited to the following: - Make-Readies/Turns - Work Orders - Pool/Spa Maintenance - Trouble Shooting of HVAC, Plumbing, Etc. - Snow Removal - A "Team Player" for all Special Maintenance Projects. MUST have a Valid Driver's License, Current Auto Insurance, and pass a Drug Screening and Background Check. Please provide resume, references will be requested at interview. PPE Provided.
