Fort Collins Fire Sprinkler Company seeks apprentice and Journeyman Fitters with 2-5 years experience. Successful applicant must have or be able to obtain Colorado state fitters registration. Qualifications: Fitters must be able to provide verifiable fire sprinkler fitter experience Must be at least 18 years of age Must have high school diploma or GED Must have good communication skills Must have working knowledge of OSHA safety standards Must have knowledge of equipment safety and proper lifting techniques Able to work from verbal or written instructions Able to travel to worksites and have clean driving record. Able to read engineering/design, architectural and structural blueprints Able to work on ladders or elevated surfaces and lift/handle up to 100 pounds Able to work in changing weather conditions Must have working knowledge of proper care and use of tools Work boots required - Hand tools required Must be able to safely and effectively perform the essential functions of the job Benefits: Flexible schedule Health insurance w/ limited dental coverage Paid time off Retirement plan - 3% match Schedule: 10 hour shift 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Night shift Overtime Weekend availability Work Location: Multiple locations
