Maintenance Technicians are responsible for general maintenance of the apartment community including resident repair requests, upkeep of property amenities, and interior/exterior repairs such as painting, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs. The Maintenance Technician maintains high-quality safety and operational standards and provides excellent customer service to residents. Must have valid Driver's License, and available to work on weekends and on-call.
