Painter/handyman needed

I want to prepare a property in Lake Stevens for rental and need to hire someone for couple of weeks or more for interior, exterior paint, pressure wash, carpet replacement, backyard cleanup and other misc jobs. Tools can be provided or you can bring your own. Materials will be provided. Most of the time will be spent on painting so looking for someone who have prior experience in painting. Rest of the tasks are smaller in nature and I can provide assistance if needed. Need somebody who is clean, responsible and on time.
