Handyman wanted for general maintenance for 2 rental cabins near Fall Creek Wisconsin. We own 2 small rental cabins that require occasional upkeep. Work may include any or all of the following, carpentry, basic plumbing, basic electrical, landscaping, etc. We would pay hourly as needed for job type, as well as covering material expenses. We would also pay for routine checkups for suggestions on needed work. General handyman experience is desired. As well as a flexible schedule, as much of the work needed may need to be done between guest checkins and checkouts between 11am and 3pm. Larger jobs can be done on unbooked days at anytime.
