Description

This position will oversee and perform the management and operations for the maintenance tasks at the multiple mobile home parks in the eastern Rochester area. The candidate’s time will involve ½ of their time on management tasks and ½ their time on facility operational improvement projects. The candidate must have a working knowledge of sewer and water systems as well as being able to operate small equipment, such as a skid steer and mini excavator. A working knowledge of pump stations and well pump houses is beneficial. Duties include: • Road maintenance • Utility maintenance and improvements • Facility improvements • Setting new mobile homes • Utility hookups • Management of several maintenance employees Salary based on experience.
