We are a commercial subcontracting business specializing in the Waterproofing and Sealants trade established in 1969! I’m looking for Experienced leaders and or Ex military personnel to hire immediately for a superintendent /Foreman position at our firm. We are willing to train also. Hours 6:15AM to 4:30PM Monday through Friday and working Saturdays when required. All of our work is local here in San Antonio and surrounding areas. No Travel except for possible special occasions. MUST have a Valid Drivers License and PASS Background Check Job Duties include the following: Opening warehouse in the mornings and closing and locking up the warehouse on a daily basis, Assistance in training new employees, Managing the crews with general oversight, putting out fires in the field, this is a working foreman position, coordinating and overseeing all work on projects, Attending production meetings, Ensuring quality standards are met, must have good communication skills, the ability to be flexible and to collaborate with other trades in order to be productive. Making sure all crews are being productive.
