Our trucks are 26' or 16' NON CDL refrigerated units, all automatic and well maintained. DESCRIPTION [FULL TIME ROUTE SALES REPRESENTATIVE (FTRSR)] : Full time Route Sales Rep is responsible for ordering, delivering, invoicing and ensuring accounts in his route are always in full position of products we provide. Job requirements : Available to work 1 overnight route per week (company pays for hotel stay on route) Clean MVR (NO DUI, DWI, or major incidents) Excellent professional communication skills - verbal, email, and text Excellent problem solving and customer relations/service skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively throughout the work week. Ability to operate a 2 wheeled hand truck with up to 200lbs throughout the work week. Safely operate a 26' NON CDL box truck RSR is responsible for loading vehicle, driving truck to each point of delivery, verifying and finalizing invoice of each delivery, merchandising product, and writing order for next delivery. Our work week is M-F. We start work at 6:30 am and work until the route is finished. RSR's work on average 50-55 hours per week throughout the year, with 60+ hour work weeks normal during busy summer season. Compensation : During training, qualified candidates are paid a flat weekly rate of $850. Once trained and working independently, pay structure is as follows : $50/day base pay 5% commission on gross sales $1000/wk guaranteed (Our experienced drivers average anywhere between $70k - $100k annually) Benefits : Health, Vision, and Dental available after 90 days Company matching 401k plan offered after 90 days 1 week PTO after 1 year of service, 2 weeks PTO after 2 years of service.
