I Need Help Cleaning one half of my Foam Roof with Tri-Sodium-Phosphate (TSP), in preparation for elastomeric coatings. It will involve getting one half of the roof wet, and then sprinkling the TSP over the roof. Then you will need to scrub the roof with a wide broom, and then rinse everything off with my garden hose. Particular attention needs to be paid to the areas around my 3 leaking skylights (see pics). Previous experience with cleaning a roof is preferred, but not required. I will pay $20/hour.
