Occasional property maintenance help needed

Do you have property maintenance experience? Are you retired, working part-time, or do you have some availability during your week? We need a responsible and reliable individual to help with occasional, as-needed maintenance and repairs for rental apartments on the near south side and east side of Madison. Do you have experience repairing dripping faucets, leaky drains, clogged toilets? Have you repaired drywall? Can you troubleshoot a heating problem? Do you know how to caulk and weatherstrip? Install a deadbolt? Replace a broken light switch? Fix a storm door, a broken window pane or repair a screen? Have you installed a toilet or sink? Those and more are the types of tasks we need help with. We ask that you have a cell phone, reliable transportation, and your own tools. Pay starts at $25-30 per hour. This is a very part-time, occasional, as-needed position, ranging from 0-6 or more hours per week. Much of the work can be done when it fits your schedule, but we occasionally have situations which need a quick response.
