Super sweet lab/pit mix needs forever home

I have a really sweet 4 year old lab/pit mix that we need to rehome. Her name is Pepper and she's a really wonderful dog. Great with kids. She lives with a cat who tolerates her. She really likes chasing birds. Loves water and playing fetch. Good with other dogs, except she can show some ball aggression. I think this could probably be trained out of her but I don't have the capacity to do it right now. I would strongly recommend working with a professional trainer for at least a few sessions to get a handle on how to respond to her when she gets triggered though. We've had her since she was 12 weeks old and my kids are really attached so this is a very difficult decision, but she has some allergies that need to be managed with frequent bathing, special food, and medication. I do not have the capacity to keep managing them and because I often fall behind on her medical needs they seem to keep getting worse. She needs to be with someone who has the time, energy, and money to meet her needs. I think her allergic reactions would be far less severe if someone could just stay on top of her medical needs. Unfortunately, I cannot. Like I said, she's a great dog and will make a really wonderful companion for you. She doesn't really have any behavioral issues unless you count sleeping on my couch, which I do. She's really easygoing. Adores children and is really really good with them. Everyone falls in love with her instantly. She's brindle, about 70 pounds. Let me know if you're interested in meeting her and we can set something up. Asking for a $150 rehoming fee but would be willing to negotiate for the right person/family. I want her to go to someone amazing. I have all the things for her.
