J Correa Electrical company is hiring an electrical supervisor with experience in multi-family new construction. Must be fluent in English (bilingual is a plus) and have a professional demeanor to effectively communicate with builder and subcontractors. Primary duties and qualifications • Supervise electrical subcontractors and staff working on the job site to ensure progress as per the builder’s plans • Ensure the project is ready for inspections • Walk job site with owner, inspectors, and builder as necessary • Communicate with owner and builder with status of job progress, provide a weekly progress report • Monitor and manage material • Work on finishing underground, PVC installation, and other work as required by owner and builder • Have working knowledge of electrical codes, reading site plans, and supervising subcontractors and other electrical staff
