We are looking for motivated maintenance personal! Applicants must be able to work at a brisk pace, ability to take direction, be productive, have great attention to detail skills and reliable transportation.
Maintenance Technician: This is a part time position (flexible 20 hours per week within 8am to 4:30pm weekdays), year round. General home maintenance knowledge required, such as light electrical and carpentry, plumbing, cleaning, painting, appliance diagnosis/repair, grounds clean up, snow removal etc.
