PARADISE VILLAGE APARTMENTS-Currently seeking an immediate position for a Make Ready/Maintenance Assistant for an established community. Make readies must be completed in a timely manner and with little to no call backs. You must have the ability to follow oral and/or written instructions. Must maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors, contractors and fellow employees. Duties/experience include but are not limited to: drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair and picking up grounds.
