Growing General Contractor Company specializing in Philadelphia Residential renovation looking for qualified subcontractors to consistently give work to in their particular trades. Particular sub-contractors will be licensed and insured and able to start jobs without deposits. Materials for jobs can be purchased on General contractors credit line. Siding : Install Vinyl siding at the rear bay and the area at the rear deck, repair fascia, trim and soffit as needed. Exterior Door : Install exterior rear door to include moldings on the exterior and trim on the interior.. Hardware such as doorknobs will be installed. Plaster/Drywall : Install Drywall on all new partitions. Decorating : Paint walls with premium Glidden latex paint 2 coats throughout the house. Finished Floors : Furnish and install new engineered flooring on first floor. Ceramic Tile : Install ceramic tile floors and tub surround in 3 bathrooms, Install ceramic tile floors and backsplash in 2 kitchens. Cabinetry: Install new k series Cherry Glaze assembled base and wall cabinets. Clean up : Removal, disposal and cleanup of all the demolition items.
