Reports directly to QA Manager. Directs quality initiatives that accomplish continuous improvement and enhance site quality system efficiencies Works with Quality Assurance Manager and Production team on Quality, Food Safety and Regulatory issues Prepare and assist with overall food safety trainings Leads quality assurance team and provides support Prepare and assist in regulatory (SQF) and customer inspections Maintains and manages the Quality and Food Safety System Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or associate’s with experience in the field Technical proficiency must be able to use computers and generate reports Ability to analyze data and create and review processes Excellent communication skills A desire to help others achieve their best Willingness to assist other departments to develop solutions and metrics Eye for details For your safety, full COVID-19 procedures in effect daily.
