If you are looking to get into the Food industry here, probably a small Cafe to start out with, to take advantage of the possibilities here due to all the closers, then let me know!!!! I have a couple of menus made our already (all locally sourced products), know both Front & Back of the House, I can cook, Host, & Serve. I can also train our staff, have plenty of references regarding my level of commitment to both Guests and the Team! Let's get together and bring something unique and original to Spokane! My Biscuits & Gravy, can not find it made anywhere in Washington like I make it! I have a Breakfast Burrito that you can't get anywhere in Washington!
