Description
Reliable custodian wanted for cleaning and maintenance of small office building and a dozen rental houses on near Eastside. Must be able to follow instructions, pay attention to details and work independently.
* Cleaning work involves emptying trash, cleaning doors and windows, sweeping and mopping, cleaning toilets and sinks.
* Maintenance work involves mowing grass, trimming weeds, picking trash, shoveling snow, painting, moving furniture, changing light bulbs and simple repair work.
* Prepping rental units involves cleaning showers, tubs, refrigerators, stoves, fans, cabinets.
Requirements:
* Must be able to walk, stand, kneel.
* Must be able to climb a 12' ladder,
* Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
* Must be able to operate gas powered equipment.
* Must be able to work safely and follow safety protocols.
* Must be high school graduate or GED.
Work Hours:
Wed through Fri: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Sat & Sun: 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Half hour unpaid lunch break for each day
Biweekly pay
Annual bonus and pay raises
