need space to work on my tiny home school bus

Hello Helpful Person, I am reaching out to the craigslist and Boulder County community as I search for a home to build my school bus into my next project. I am also looking for space for it to stay in the future, but that is a year out. Although I have some space, I would love to have a more dedicated place to store the bus while I work on building the interior. Electricity would be wanted as well so that I can bring my tools. A little about me: I am a male in his later 30s looking to build our family's next home (temporary one) till we find our next landing spot. We have several children who are excited about this new adventure as well and are going to be instrumental in helping design and build out this project. I have been converted and been building small RVs and Trailers from a 10 foot trailer to making a fully off-grid (minus bathroom) Subarus, such as my current daily driver (Subaru Forester w/ solar, fridge and a full size bed). This is not my full time job, but it is a passion of mine and brings me joy. I currently have a place to live for the next year and have good employment and more than willing to pay for the space. I have been doing carpentry on and off for 15 years, along with solar work and happy to give a hand when needed too. I enjoy getting to know new people and being able to share my joy of this work with others. I am come from a community background and like to respect the space that I use and care for it the way others want it to be. I think of myself as a fun, calm, and centered person with desire to engage and be silly too. I have enjoyed living in communities in the past and like the connections that they make and the joining of people when they come together.
